Our selective demolition services are designed to minimize the impact on surrounding areas. We carefully plan and execute each project to ensure that only the necessary areas are demolished. The plan will include the exit strategy from the removal site (i.e. a glass enclosure wine cellar in the kitchen), and then carefully transporting the debris on top of the covered floors and out the front door, while not damaging the kitchen cabinets, countertops, pets, children...you get the point

Our structural demolition services are designed to take down large and complex structures with precision and safety. We use advanced equipment and techniques to ensure safe and efficient demolition. Usually this means we are "gutting" or taking out most of, or the complete interior of a home.
This was really common in the old house flipping days, and of course, on HGTV.

The Art of Demolition: Our Gallery
This was a wine cellar that the customer wanted removed. As you can see it's in the middle of an amazing kitchen and it is heavy glass. We had to figure out how to remove it from floor to ceiling without ANY damage to floor or kitchen.
...We took this whole structure out without even removing all of those wine glasses and that's why we call this type of demolition - Surgical
Half-way done with the surgical wine cellar removal and it's going perfectly. This was a tricky one for sure. We took some extra time to ensure we only demolished what was supposed to be demolished - Like it was never there
Whole house demolition! This job included all of the tile flooring, plaster walls, plaster ceiling and 2 bathrooms. When we do a job like this, it's all about keeping the site clean as you go or before you know it - all the exits are blocked off and you might be sleeping there.

This kitchen was a challenge because all of these old homes are built exceptionally well. The cabinets are not like today's as they are actually built in to the walls and ceiling. The other challenge was the header above the cabinets as it was attached to the roof joists. We had to do a lot of thinking BEFORE we did too much removal of material.
The kitchen is almost done at this point. As you can see the header has been removed and as suspected the cabinets were built into the wall so there was no drywall behind them. We also found a really cool rectangular vent stack that needed to stay in tact.
This kitchen is a classic example of when experience pays off big time! This was a true "deconstruction" and NOT a demolition project.
